Viking Dress.

Next to my home there is a Viking reconstruction group, situated in a small wooden village. I always loved dresses from the Middle Ages so this was a project I wanted to do for quite some time.

This is a Viking dress, but I pulled inspiration for some pieces from traditional Slavic costumes, like the leather ties on the sides. It wasn’t meant to be historically accurate to a specific era or tribe, but more like a combination of silhouettes and methods that I like.
