M. C. Escher Hoodie.

For this piece I was inspired by one of my favourite artists M. C. Escher. I used various techniques like glued leather elements, painted details, sewn denim scraps and embroidery. I really tried to embrace the mysteriousness of his art but without overwhelming the design. My main inspirations were Metamorphosis II, Print Gallery, Day and Night and my very favourite Moebius Strip II (photos are made by me from an exhibition in Rome).
